SHIPPING

*Quoted prices are for items shipped within the continental United States.
There is a $25.00 standard shipping fee on:
 All used, demo, and closeout saddles.

All in stock items typically ship via UPS Ground within 24 hours of order placement . If you would like an expedited shipping service or are outside the Continental US, please place your order over the phone so we can give you the appropriate shipping charges.

"Temporarily out of stock" - This simply means this particular size or color is temporarily sold out and that we are awaiting a fill-in shipment. Customers are welcome to order these items, but should know that they will take a little longer for delivery. Fill-in shipments arrive each day and an item is rarely out of stock for more than a week. If you would like details on estimated delivery times for these or any items please contact us!


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Country Tack will issue a complete refund, less shipping charges, on new items returned to us in the same condition as received within 30 days of purchase with original tags, packaging and receipt. No returns after 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

MERCHANDISE SOLD WITH FREE SHIPPING
In the event that an item is returned for other than exchange, original shipping charges*  will be deducted from the refund.

EXCHANGES
All merchandise that was originally sold with free shipping will incur a $12.95 reshipping fee upon exchange.
All other exchanges will incur a $6.95 reshipping fee.
Please include all original receipts with all returns and exchanges.

USED SADDLES
Country Tack offers a 10 day return policy on all our used saddles. Our used saddles can be ridden in moderately, in fact we encourage you to ride in the saddle provided it can be returned to us in the same condition you received it in. Should you decide the saddle is not for you, simply return it to us no later than 10 days after you receive the saddle and we will issue you a complete refund less our $25.00 shipping charge. Please call us if you plan on returning the saddle so that we know to expect it.


ITEMS SOLD WITH FREE MERCHANDISE
In the event that an item is returned for other than exchange, customer is required to return free merchandise unused, or value of the merchandise will be deducted from the refund.
